Stena Line is an international travel and transport company, one of the World’s largest ferry companies, with a modern fleet of 35 vessels and Europe’s most comprehensive route network, comprising of 18 ferry routes across Scandanavia, the UK and the Irish Sea. The vessels include fast ferries, traditional combi-ferries, RoPax ferries for freight and passengers, and specialised cargo ships.

The company’s Irish Sea routes include Dublin & Dun Laoghaire to Holyhead, Rosslare to Fishguard and Belfast to Stranraer, and these routes provide an unrivalled 28 sailings per day to customers on the Irish Sea.

9% VAT rate will stay for 2013

Minister for Transport, Tourism & Sport Leo Varadkar has confirmed that the temporary 9% VAT rate for tourism services such as restaurant meals and hotel accommodation will apply to the end of 2013, which is the year of the Gathering Ireland festival. CLICK HERE to read the full Press Release.
