Waterford Crystal is part of WWRD Group Holdings Limited, the leading luxury goods group that owns and operates the Waterford Crystal, Wedgwood and Royal Doulton brands.

The iconic House of Waterford Crystal in the heart of Waterford city, comprises of a brand new manufacturing facility, visitor centre and retail outlet. The manufacturing facility contains a brand new continuous melt tank furnace that has been tailor-made to Waterford Crystal’s specifications, and produces two tones of molten crystal every day. It uses leading edge technology to deliver molten crystal of the highest quality for skilled master blowers to hand-shape and hand-blow into Waterford Crystal’s range of premium products.

The home of Waterford Crystal provides guided tours of the manufacturing facility all year round. In addition, the onsite retail centre represents the largest display of Waterford Crystal anywhere in the world and will delight visitors’ young and old.

David McCoy is Commercial Director for the House of Waterford Crystal. He is the current Deputy Chairman of ITIC and also serves on the ITIC Council & Executive Committee.
