Restaurants fight back

  • The Restaurants Association of Ireland is the representative voice of the restaurant and catering sector, and its primary function is to promote and defend the interests of its Members.
  • Its recent Pre-Budget Submission was hardhitting, claiming that without relief in a number of key areas, several thousand jobs in the industry would be at risk.
  • ITIC spoke with Paul Cadden, President of the Restaurants Association of Ireland.
