ITIC talks with Catherine Day, former Secretary General of the EU Commission

From 2005 to 2015 Catherine Day was Secretary General of the EU Commission, the first woman and Irish person to hold such a position. As the Commission’s most senior civil servant during this time she played a key role in all European matters, including the Eurozone crisis and EU enlargement, and she remains a special adviser to the President of the EU Commission Jean Claude Juncker.

The Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) met with Catherine last week to hear her unique insight on how Brexit negotiations are proceeding between the EU and UK. Watch the interview below.
