Since 2009 ITIC has gathered feedback and knowledge from across the tourism industry with our video interviews.

These were initiated as our industry emerged from the economic crash of the 'noughties', and have proven to be a particularly valuable communication channel in periods of crisis.

During the Covid-19 pandemic industry feedback suggests they were particularly appreciated and valued.
